All products are digital and delivered online after personalized work. Due to the nature of the service, returns and refunds are not available.

However, If you experience any technical issue accessing your file, we’ll gladly resend it at no extra cost.

Returns are possible in the result of damaged or defective items only. All other returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis. All shipping charges are non-refundable and all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent insured and with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products.
