Serving a global customer’s public, we understand that in some cases, the buyer's location may not be known at the time of purchase. At the same time, we feel obligated to give you certainty regarding the shipping process of our artwork, so that they reach you in perfect condition wherever on the globe you are located! Thus, we have outlined our general shipping policy below to provide you with information regarding the shipping process for our artwork when the buyer's location is unknown. 
Please note that specific details and costs will vary depending on the circumstances, and we will work closely with you to ensure a smooth shipping experience.

Our artwork's price does not include shipping costs!

These will be determined and added according to the shipping destination you choose at the time of purchase, and must be fully approved and paid by the buyer before it is shipped.

Shipping Method Selection: Large items will be shipped via Freight. Freight charges may vary due to the size of the item and location in which the item is being shipped. We will utilize only reliable and trusted shipping partners to transport the artwork to your location. The choice of shipping method will depend on factors such as the size, weight, fragility, and value of the artwork.

Packaging and Handling: Our team of experts will carefully package and handle the artwork to ensure its safe transit. We use industry-standard packaging materials and techniques to protect the artwork from damage during transportation.

Insurance: All shipments of our artworks will be fully insured against loss or damage during transit. The insurance coverage will be based on the value of the artwork.

Shipping Costs: The shipping costs will be calculated based on various factors, including the size, weight, destination, and shipping method. Please note that the final shipping cost will be determined once the buyer's location is confirmed.

Customs and Duties: International shipments may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information on the potential fees and regulations before making a purchase.

Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery timeframe will depend on the shipping method, distance, customs clearance, and other factors. Once the buyer's location is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

Tracking and Updates: We will provide you with a tracking number as soon as the artwork is shipped. You will be able to track the shipment's progress and receive updates on its status.

Communication and Support: Throughout the shipping process, our customer support team will be available to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We will strive to keep you informed and provide timely assistance.

Please note that the above shipping policy is a general outline, and specific details may be subject to change based on the unique circumstances of your purchase.

 

All shipments and deliveries are done via third party companies. We will not be held liable for any damages after the product has left our warehouse. Any transit damage discovered after the fact and not noted in writing on the bill of lading will preclude a damage claim with the appropriate company. It is the responsibility of the receiver to inspect all items before signing off on the BOL or allowing the driver to leave. If your order arrives in such a condition, please contact us immediately. We will accept responsibility for defective or damaged products if determined to be a manufacturing or quality issue.
